Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using the 399b website or mobile app, you agree to all provisions of these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms and Conditions serve as a legal agreement between 399b and the user. All use of platform services — including account creation, playing games, placing bets, or making transactions — is governed by these terms.

- Each individual may operate one account only.
- Operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

Account Creation, Security & Policy
You must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth when creating an account. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or terminated at any time. 399b may request additional documents for verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password. If unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify 399b immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
399b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or multiple account usage. A separate policy applies regarding the return of legitimate balances.
Any illegal activity, use of automated software, hacking attempts, or harassment of other users on the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Payments, Transactions & Bonus Terms
All financial transactions on 399b are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Registered mobile payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals.
- Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are set by the platform and are subject to change at any time.
- Claiming bonuses is subject to specific turnover requirements. Bonuses are not directly withdrawable as cash.
- Deposited funds may not be transferred through third parties. Withdrawals are only permitted via registered methods.
- For suspicious transactions, 399b may request additional documentation for verification and may temporarily place the transaction on hold.
- Accounts and funds may be frozen if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitations of Liability
Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Running multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
- Spreading malicious programs on the platform's systems or network.
- Creating or operating an account using false information.
Limitation of Liability
399b is not liable for the following:
- Losses arising from technical errors or server outages.
- Disruption to games or bets due to internet connectivity issues.
- Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
- Account damage resulting from the user's own negligence.
- Service disruptions caused by external factors (such as natural disasters or policy changes).
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Matters
All content on the 399b platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, and graphics — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 399b or its licensed partners. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially use this content without prior authorization.
The platform may integrate third-party game providers or payment services. These third parties operate under their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. 399b is not responsible for the quality, security, or content of any third-party services. Users engage with these services at their own discretion.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
399b reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification where possible.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be settled in a competent court in Bangladesh.
